Orange Blossom

Our Rwandan beans are organically shade-grown and Fair Trade certified, offering a light-bodied coffee with a delicate orange blossom aroma and a bright, clean finish.

We’re excited to present coffee from a group of women in the cooperative who have established their own Women’s Association. This group receives additional compensation for their meticulous lot separation work, which they reinvest into initiatives benefiting their members. So far, they've bought communal farmland, distributed livestock such as cows, pigs, and goats, and are planning to build a training center. This facility will support a variety of programs, from child development and nutrition to teaching sewing skills for supplemental income. 

The coffee is processed with single-disc pulpers, undergoing an 18-24 hour dry fermentation, followed by washing and soaking. The beans are hand-sorted while wet to remove any defects and then sun-dried on raised beds for 10-15 days before milling.
