At Sogo, we also believe great coffee starts with exceptional water. That’s why we use a meticulous water-filtration system: It includes coconut shells to remove organic compounds and chlorine, as well as a micron filter to eliminate fine particulates. The result? Pure, safe water that enhances the rich flavors and aromas of our expertly crafted espresso. We give you the option to enjoy your espresso with a small carbonated alkaline shooter made in house. Our commitment to wellness and sustainability goes further: we actively offset our carbon footprint through our sister company, Claro Renewables, which generates renewable energy.
